Bundles - Terms & Conditions

• Product bundles are available exclusively online and are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any bundles without any prior notice; otherwise, bundles will stay available via our website indefinitely, while stocks last.
• Bundle contents will either be fixed or optional, based on the build. Bundles with fixed contents cannot be substituted, exchanged or customised.
• Discount applied to bundles is already factored into the RRP price, and is only valid when purchasing the bundle as a complete set. Individual items purchased separately do not qualify for the bundle price.
• Bundles are excluded from all Nailist discounts, but are valid for purchase via vouchers and/or discount codes.
• In the event of a return, all items within the bundle must be returned together and in unused, original condition. Partial returns from bundles are not accepted unless there is a damaged product amongst the items, in which case the customer will need to notify our Customer Service team before returning.
• Refunds for returned bundles will be processed at the bundle purchase price, not the individual item value.
• We reserve the right to amend bundle contents, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
• All purchases are subject to our standard online Terms & Conditions.

Gel, Acrylic & Builder Gel Mystery Boxes – Terms & Conditions

• The Mystery Box promotion launches at 9:00am (GMT) on 11th March and will be available until 11:59 pm (GMT) on 30th April, inclusive, or while stocks last.
• Mystery Boxes will contain a randomised selection of either gel, acrylic or builder gel products, based on which variant is chosen. Each mystery box will have a set amount of products included.
• Product shades, finishes, and exact items are not guaranteed and may include TPO product. Customers cannot request specific colours, product types, or exclude items. Purchasing a Mystery Box confirms acceptance of the random selection. Product imagery shown in marketing does not reflect what will be in the contents of the mystery boxes.
• Mystery Boxes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. No exchanges will be offered for unwanted items, duplicates,  or personal preference.
• If an item is received damaged or faulty, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe with proof. Replacements or resolutions will be assessed at our discretion. This does not apply to dissatisfaction with the contents.
• Mystery Boxes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.
• Mystery Boxes are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.
• The total value of items included is determined by us. Individual item values may vary.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice.
• By purchasing a Mystery Box, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.

• Customers who spend £50 or more on products within the Chrome Powder category will receive a FREE Chrome Course (online) as a gift with purchase.
• This promotion is valid from 21 April at 9:00 AM (GMT) until 22 April at 9:00 AM (GMT). Orders placed outside of this timeframe will not qualify.
• The promotion applies exclusively to products within the Chrome Powder category.
• A minimum spend of £50 on qualifying products must be reached in a single transaction (after any applicable discounts, unless stated otherwise).

• This promotion offers 20% off all products sitewide, excluding Brushes.
• The offer is valid from 9:00 AM GMT on the 19th April until 11:59 PM GMT on 20th April.
• The discount will be applied automatically to eligible products via the website.
• Brushes are excluded from this promotion and will not be discounted. Hema Free/Dehydrator, Hema Free/Acid Free Primer, Hema Free/Basecoat & Hema Free/No Wipe Topcoat are excluded from this promotion online.
