Shipping policy

SHIPPING  delivery terms  1.1 We only deliver within the following EU countries: Germany / Germany Austria Switzerland / Switzerland  France / France  Poland / Poland  Czech Republic / Czech Republic  Spain / Spain  Ireland / Ireland  Sweden / Sweden  Denmark / Denmark  Italy / Italy  Slovenia / Slovenia  Netherlands / Netherlands  Luxembourg / Luxembourg  (Your EU location is not listed above? Contact us and we will try our best to find a solution!) 1.2 We process orders from Monday to Friday. If no other period is specified in the respective item description or offer, the goods are delivered within Germany within 3 - 14 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 21 working days after conclusion of the contract. Delivery times may be longer during high season (beginning of November to the end of January) and sale campaigns. There is no processing and/or delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If items with different delivery times have been ordered, the goods will be delivered and shipped in a joint shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time of the respective order. 1.3 Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown. 2. Prices and shipping costs  2.1 All prices include the statutory VAT plus shipping costs. We deliver with  [DHL, etc.]  or another provider of our choice.  2.2 For deliveries within Germany, we charge shipping costs of a maximum of €8.49. For deliveries to Austria, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Poland, we charge a maximum of €23.99. For deliveries to Sweden, Spain, Italy, Slovenia we charge a maximum of €24.99. For deliveries to Ireland we charge a maximum of €25.99. For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a maximum of €25.99.
